Anderson Stockley Accredited Training has secured funding for Train to Gain, fully funded training for employees of organisations and business’s in England.
This government funding enables businesses to access fully funded training for their staff and offer progression to their employees via recognised and certificated routes.
Anderson Stockley Accredited Training offers an extensive range of qualifications to meet business-training needs that have been identified by employers. These can take the form of NVQ’s or ILM’s, depending on the requirement and could be from a Level 2 NVQ to an ILM qualification that is suitable for first line managers or people wanting to progress in to management.
Train to Gain funding enables organisations to up skill their workforce to increase productivity and competitiveness in a fast growing national economy.
How does Train To Gain work? What is Train to Gain?
“Train To Gain” is ring fenced funds, offered by Government via companies such as Anderson Stockley, who can then act as an agent by offering fully funded training, to people employed by companies, in an approved range of qualifications.
Eligibility for funding is based on the following.
The employee must:
- Be 19 + years of age:
- Be earning at least the national minimum wage;
- Not have an existing level 2 qualification (these include 5 GCSE’s at ‘C’ or above, one or more ‘A’ levels, HND, Btec Diploma or higher, NVQ Level 2 or above);
- Not already currently be in receipt of funding i.e. Apprenticeships;
- Be a UK citizen or EU national.
